The Victoria Falls bridge lies in the no mans land between the
Zimbabwean and Zambian border posts. The gorge that the bridge spans
is very wide so you don't have many visual cues to realise how high
you are, which makes it a bit more surreal when standing on the
plinth.
The following is my account of the actual experience of throwing
oneself off the bridge, but you may have read it already on the
main bungy page.

I wasn't a well man when I did the jump, having been violently
sick only an hour before from food poisoning. As a result leaping
off wasn't so hard as my mind was addled from the stomach bug, and
not vomiting on the way down held my concentration.
I remember though, that the moment I left the wooden plinth a thought
rushed through my mind. Actually it was more than a though: it was
my Id, my essence, my homunculus - a voice not part of my consciousness
but the voice of my subconscious. It said: "What the hell
are you doing??!". A fair question really.
As you plummet all the alarm bells
start ringing "Danger Will Robinson! Something is seriously
wrong!! Flap your arms!! Aarrrggghhhh!!!"
When I did my second jump in Slovakia,
the voice said, and I promise this is true, "oh no…
not again!*".
